That old standby to improve the handling of all Earles Fork
BMWs. These give a more rigid fork-to-frame joint, resulting in
better handling. Also, they will often eliminate a shimmy if you
have one. These are much stronger than those itty bitty balls
that BMW used. No machining required. ($26/set ten or more

FORK TUBES ALL TELESCOPIC EVEN PRE 1955, EVEN NON-BMW
If you find that your fork tubes are bent you can replace them
with these NON-stock, cold drawn, centerless ground, hard chrome
