To repair your stripped out cylinder stud threads on 1970-1995 airheads. Made of 1" aluminum tool and jig plate (or surfaced flat aluminum plate). Includes four "alignment" drill jig bushings, one 1" long drill jig bushing for the drill bit, one 1" long drill jig bushing for the helicoil tap, helicoil installation tool, helicoil tap, drill bit and one helicoil. Designed for use with the longer helicoils sold by BMW specifically for this repair. For those famililar, this tool was inspired by John Chay's version and is being offered here with John's permission/assistance.

*NOTE: A fair number of these cases have been repaired over the years, many of them improperly; i.e. without a jig. If you have a case damaged by a failed helicoil repair you can install an oversized "Twinsert" helicoil. I have the appropriate installation tools and drill jig bushings necessary for this type of repair as well.
