Crank inspection:
We'll inspect your crank for total runout, connecting rod radial play, wrist pin bushing fit and bearing journal size. Inspection is $25 plus return shipping; or free if we do any work on your crank.

Crank disassembly/reassembly:
If your crank needs to come apart for work - disassemble, reassemble and true:
$150 for Isettas and $200 for BMW 600/700

Bearing seat service:
Frequently the main bearing seats (usually the rear, sometimes the front) wear to a point that the bearings are no longer a proper press fit on the crank. To fix this we hard chrome the bearing seats and grind them back to size. We will provide an interference fit of .0006" to .0009". Out of roundness and taper to within +/- .00018" on any seat.

Connecting rod assemblies:
Includes new connecting rod with wrist pin bushing, roller bearings, roller bearing cages and crank pin......$220 each. See "Parts/Crank & Cam" for more information

If your crank pins and connecting rods are in otherwise good shape we can also hone your rods back to round (versus the oval shape they'll wear into over time) and fit oversized rollers.
Hone connecting rod big end....$50 each
Oversized rollers....$1 each and you'll need either 14, 16 or 18 per rod

Wrist pin bushing replacement:
$35 each in labor plus $13 for the bushing itself
